What We Do

  • We supply and deliver only to registered vendors (trusted offline vendor network for 20+ years).
  • We do not sell products directly on the website.
  • We do not accept or process manual orders over phone calls (“no selling manually on phone”).

Payments & Order Flow

  • Payment links are sent to users via WhatsApp.
  • On successful payment, an entry is automatically created in our ERP.
  • User receives a callback/confirmation that includes transaction ID and related details.

No Cancellation / No Refund

All payments are final. We have a strict no cancellation and no refund policy.
